Home / Common General Terms And Conditions
Sports Royale, z.s., with its registered office at Příkop 843/4, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno, ID No.: 224 08 126, registered in the Association Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 50213 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is the organizer of international youth sports tournaments (hereinafter referred to as the “event/events”).
These contractual terms and conditions of the above-mentioned Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate, in accordance with Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the mutual rights and obligations arising between the Organizer and the participant (natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) in connection with or based on the registration for the event via the Organizer’s website, which is operated at the internet address sportsroyale.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “web interface”).
Applications for the tournament must be submitted through the online registration form available on the Organizer’s website sportsroyale.eu. Each application must include complete team information (such as team name, country, contact person) and agreement with these Terms, along with any other necessary consents required for the proper organization of the event. Based on the Participant’s registration, the Organizer grants participation in the event and provides other ordered related services. By registering for the event via the web interface, the Participant confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and the Event Rules before completing registration and that they agree to them.
After submitting the application, the Participant will receive a confirmation email. The application becomes binding only after the registration fee has been paid in accordance with the Payment Terms. The Participant is responsible for verifying all details in the confirmation and immediately reporting any discrepancies to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application if it is incomplete, does not comply with the tournament rules, or if the tournament capacity has been reached. Acceptance of an application does not automatically entitle the Participant to participate in the tournament—participation is conditional upon fulfilling all requirements and timely payment.
Registered teams are required to meet deadlines for submitting player details, providing necessary documents (e.g., medical certificates, parental consent), and paying fees. Failure to meet these obligations may result in exclusion from the tournament without entitlement to a refund of fees already paid.
Participants are prohibited from:
Violating fair play principles, verbally or physically attacking other participants, referees, or the Organizer.
Damaging property belonging to the Organizer or third parties.
Provide sports facilities, including access to venues, accommodation, and catering for participants.
Ensure qualified referees, technical staff, and organizational support throughout the tournament.
Inform participants about the schedule, rules, and any changes via the website and email.
Ensure participants’ safety during the tournament and cooperate with local security authorities.
Change the schedule, venue, or tournament format due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues, pandemics).
Exclude a participant or team for gross rule violations without entitlement to a refund.
Claim compensation for damages caused by participants.
Participants’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR), which is available at sportsroyale.eu. These policies outline:
Medical expenses due to injury or illness during the tournament.
Costs for possible transport to a medical facility or repatriation.
Liability insurance for damages caused to third parties.
Injuries, illnesses, or deaths of participants unless caused by its fault.
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tournament.
Damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government measures).
Each participant bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their actions during the tournament and is required to cover the costs of such damages. This includes damages caused to third parties, such as sports venues, accommodation facilities, restaurants, and other tournament partners.
All disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants regarding tournament participation will be resolved in accordance with Czech law. The parties commit to making every effort to reach an amicable settlement.
If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Brno. Participants acknowledge that legal costs will be borne by the unsuccessful party unless the court decides otherwise.
